Initially, Rofim decided not to enter the teleconsultation market as it was already mature. However, after receiving a lot of demand from different care facilities to respond to the social distancing measure and manage patients effectively during the covid-19 health crisis, the team was able to react and made free access to its assisted teleconsultation solution available to all nursing homes of France.
In only 5 days, Rofim developed a newfunctionality to give access to patients, so they can stay safe at home and being easily diagnosed. Rofim already registers 1000 teleconsultation proceedings in one week.
