Who are the members of the French Healthcare Association, what is their export activity, and how do they use the services of the French Healthcare Association to optimize it: this is what we wanted to know when we invited our members to take part in a survey on October 16.

The survey, which will be repeated annually, will enable us to measure changes in member satisfaction, and to gather their opinions on the services we offer throughout the year.

The testimonials gathered through this survey are invaluable in helping us to better understand the typology of healthcare players who join the French Healthcare Association, as well as their needs and opinions, so that we can continue to improve our services.

To ensure the relevance and representativeness of the results, our survey was shared anonymously with all our members. Nearly a quarter of them completed the survey, already pointing to several areas of improvement for our new Board of Directors over the coming years. Questions focused on various aspects of our offering. We invite you to discover the results of this questionnaire: How important is export for these members? In order to meet our worldwide requirements in healthcare, we need to introduce a coordinated offer. This is the reason why the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development launched “French Healthcare” on March 16, 2017.

First introduced as a brand, French Healthcare is now an organization created as an animation tool of the healthcare providers and a collective marketing tool of the French expertise.

The “French Healthcare” approach intends to promote the French vision in terms of worldwide health, based on a humanist approach of healthcare and a right and fair access to healthcare products and services.

Promoting the French expertise in healthcare, in its broadest sense, is how “French Healthcare” conveys the French excellence in healthcare.
