Seven medical concierge companies have signed our charter of good practices

As part of the overall quality system for the hospitality sector for foreign patients in France developed by the French Healthcare Association, medical concierge companies that are members of the association have initiated a charter of best practices.

Paris International Care and CareBridges International recently signed the charter, joining C3Medical, Denos, Evadeô Pro, France Surgery and Kare International.

Thanks to concierge companies, international patients can now find the most efficient treatments and medical care in France, in terms of efficiency, costs and quality of care.

Acting in partnership with healthcare establishments and the various stakeholders in a care pathway (accommodation, transport, home care, translation companies, administration, payers, insurers, etc.), they facilitate stays that are often difficult to manage for isolated patients getting treatment far from their residence.

In response to increasingly demanding patients, to an increasingly competitive international healthcare market, and to the obligation to set an example in the areas of ethics, responsibility and medical confidentiality, it seemed necessary to us to create a charter of best practices for medical concierge companies.

It is part of the overall quality system for the hospitality sector for foreign patients in France developed by the French Healthcare Association.

The signatories of this charter are members of the French Healthcare Association.
