Pink October – the members of French Healthcare Association shared their expertise on breast cancer

The members of French Healthcare Association participated in our Pink October campaign, a month in which we shared content to raise awareness and promote French expertise in the field of breast cancer.

In France, the most common cancer for women is breast cancer with more than 50,000 new cases annually. During their lifetime, 10% of women will contract breast cancer, more than 75% after 50 years.

Screening for breast cancer promotes early detection of cancer, increasing the chances of survival and thus helping to reduce the death rate.

Breast cancer can also affect men, more commonly diagnosed in men over the age of 60.
