Offer French solutions that are global, attractive and adapted to the health challenges of foreign countries around the world: this is one of the missions of French Healthcare Association.
Our “Health Microsystem” offer meets this objective. The microsystem of health is a model of health center with mutual financing which can be installed in particular in urban or rural Africa, for a population between 10,000 and 15,000 inhabitants. The equipment required for primary health care is included in this area. In conjunction with the French Treasury, the Association is working this fall to set up a pilot microsystem health project in western Africa which would benefit from French funding. The Africa-France Summit in Montpellier on October 8, could be the occasion to further reveal the project.
In the same spirit, the Association is currently developing integrated health offers for under-medicalized areas. About twenty companies are involved in this work, aiming to propose on the one hand an offer in mobile health (see Mobile Healthcare in France), on the other hand a digital health offer. These offers will be offered as a priority to several countries in West Africa, Eastern Europe and Northern Europe.
A mapping of the French offer in digital health is also under development.
In addition, to help those of its members who have questions about the conditions of access to export markets and major regulatory changes, the Association has created a new group called “Access to export markets: from registration to distribution of healthcare products”, in conjunction with its partners. We can already tell you that the first seminar of this group, organized with the France-Great Britain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will answer in the autumn the many questions raised by Brexit (MA, logistics process and customs officer, “UK responsible person”…).
