Dr. Jean-Jacques Mbungani Mbanda, Minister of Public Health, Hygiene and Prevention of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) was on an official visit to the Inovie Group for 3 days.
INOVIE (Group) and its subsidiary INOVIE AFRICA RDC have the mission to develop medical biology in the Democratic Republic of Congo, to ensure an optimal care pathway for local patients.
Their mission materializes by the upcoming opening of a cutting-edge Technical Platform in Kinshasa, capital of the DRC, which will be the largest Technical Platform in Central and West Africa.
The management of the laboratory will be based on the implementation of the quality management recommended by the ISO 15189 standards.
Dr. Mbungani Mbanda and his teams did the honor of visiting the INOVIE and INOVIE AFRICA teams to visit the technical facilities in Montpellier and discuss health issues in the DRC. This stay made it possible to strengthen warm ties and a common dynamic to improve access to reliable, rapid and quality medical diagnosis in the DRC.
Michaël Delafosse, the Mayor of Montpellier welcomed the Minister to share their perception of the cooperation of France and the DRC in the health innovation.
