All members of the French Healthcare association are invited to the annual general meeting of the association, Tuesday, December 10 (morning and cocktail lunch networking). This event will be held in the lounges of the hotel of the Minister of Foreign Affairs at the Quai d’Orsay, with an intervention by Secretary of State Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne (subject).
This general meeting is important for more than one reason : to take stock of the activities of the association and present its perspectives ; to change its statutes in line with the new French Healthcare brand promotion scheme ; and to elect its directors for the new two-year term beginning in January 2020.
And the projects are not missing in the French Healthcare association, which now has nearly 140 members : companies, health institutions, training institutes, federations.
In order to publicize the excellence of French health offers abroad, the association and its members implement eight active working groups, publications, events, stands and corporate missions, lunches and networking opportunities between members, meetings with the ambassadors of France…
To give some current examples of this dynamic :
→ the work of the “Chronic Diseases” group led to the publication in June 2019 of a mapping of French companies involved in the management of diabetes and the holding of a first symposium in Beijing on June 29, with the French Embassy in China and Business France China. → the French Healthcare Day organized on September 23rd at Business France was attended by one hundred participants, representatives of companies and health establishments wishing to develop their activity internationally. → the association was present with 5 of its members (including 3 cancer centers) on a collective stand at the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO) congress, from 27 September to 1 October 2019 in Barcelona, in order to to promote French excellence in oncology care. → some members were able to meet the French ambassador to Russia on the occasion of the Ambassadors Club at
the Quai d’Orsay on October 17th.
→ the next French Healthcare lunch on November 13th will allow members to learn about access to the Asian
market and to be aware of economic security issues.
→ many French companies will meet at the Medica show in Düsseldorf from 18 to 21 November, especially around
the French Healthcare cocktail the first night…
The goal to be confirmed on December 10 ? Pursue and amplify this movement !
